Svetlana, I am so sorry that you have lost Elfa I know how you feel right now... We lost Toro last year because of a 'serious bone cancer' - in the right foreleg (like Elfa).
Suskewitz said: 'Our dogs always die to young'.... YES, but why do breeders not work hard to change that 'habit'... It must be possible during the future to eliminate some of the deceases that causes the death of young mastines...
To Svetlana and Family, My sincere Condolences to you and your family on your tremendous Loss ! I enjoyed your photos of Beautiful Elfa and also photos of her babies when she became a Mom....
I lost my dog for liver cancer, I understand the great loss of a friend ... my first dog - a German shepherd, was the adopted, had 9 years old when she died (her name AZA). My first loss, I was a child when she lived with us. Such information gives me food for thought ... I live with the seniors ... Basil ... Deissy ... I feel blue
I am sorry too, I had a german shep cross which died of cancer too, tumor on his spine. I know it hurts xxx But its best he is gone and not suffering anymore xxxx He was beautiful and with time, your hurt will heal.xxx big hugs I know its hard xxxxxx I still get tears in my eyes when I think of Fox. I am so sorry xxx
Thank all for the good words, thank Lori for PM. OSA was aggressive and painful. We could not longer control her pain, she cried almost constantly. We send Elfa to the Rainbow Bridge. I was with her when she peacefully slipped away. My heart is broken. We are sad and Ralo is not understood where Elfa is. He is waiting Elfa.
